Video tools for Mac
Speed curves and center keyframing made easy.
Create smooth speed ramps with that classic skateboarding sound, slow footage right down, and turn landscape clips into vertical video.
Speed curves
Ease into slow motion, return to full speed, or add a burst of fast motion. Adjust the curve to get the timing you want.
Super slow motion
Slow a trick down to see the movement in detail. Optical flow creates extra frames between the original ones for slower playback.
Save your favourite ramps
Reuse a curve you like on your next clip. Start with a preset, then adjust the timing to suit the footage.
Audio speed curves
Get the classic skateboarding speed ramp effect: the sound drops in pitch as the footage slows, then rises as it speeds back up. Audio follows your video curve automatically.
Vertical crop with keyframe centering
Turn a landscape clip into a vertical edit without leaving your subject at the edge of the frame. Place center keyframes to move the crop with them as they cross the shot.
Drag the crop into position at different points in the clip. SlowRamp moves it between your keyframes, with adjustable smoothing for gradual pans.
Add a timed zoom
Zoom in on a detail as the clip plays. Choose where to focus, how far to zoom, and when it happens.
Use the result in your editor
Export your clip from SlowRamp, then bring it into the edit you’re already working on. Your original footage stays unchanged.

Frequently asked questions
Read the getting-started guideHow does SlowRamp fit into my editing workflow?
Open the clip you want to work on, adjust its speed and framing, then export a video to use in your usual editor. SlowRamp is a standalone Mac app, so there is no plugin to install.
Will it work on my Mac?
SlowRamp runs on macOS 14 or later. Super slow motion with Optical Flow needs a supported Apple silicon Mac running macOS 15.4 or later.
What happens to my original footage?
Your original video stays unchanged. SlowRamp saves your edits as a project and exports the result as a separate video. Processing happens on your Mac, without uploading your footage.
Can I try it before buying?
There is no free trial at launch. Purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee; use the support link in your purchase email if you need a refund.
